Phase 1: The Foundation (Beginner)Your first few classes are all about learning the basics and building a strong foundation. You will focus on:

  • Increase Complexity: Move on to more intricate exercises that require greater coordination and control, such as a full Roll-Up, Elephant, and Short Spine Massage.

  • Develop Endurance: Challenge yourself with longer sets and smoother transitions between exercises, building stamina and flow.

  • Vary Resistance: Experiment with different spring loads to either increase the challenge or lighten the load to work on control and stability.

  • Mindful Movement: Practice moving with greater speed and grace while maintaining precision and control.


At this stage, your confidence will grow, and you'll begin to notice significant improvements in your strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.


Phase 3: The Mastery (Advanced)This is where your Pilates practice becomes an art form. Advanced classes are for those who have mastered the fundamentals and intermediate exercises and are ready for the ultimate challenge. In this phase, you will:

  • Explore the Repertoire: Learn and master the most complex and advanced exercises, such as the Snake, the Twist, and the Control Balance.

  • Increase Intensity: Work with heavier spring resistance for a greater challenge, or lighter resistance to focus purely on control and core stability.

  • Perfect Precision: Strive for flawless form in every single movement, pushing the boundaries of your physical and mental capabilities.

  • Seamless Flow: Connect entire sequences of exercises with a graceful, fluid flow, transforming your workout into a powerful, choreographed routine.
