2. Services Overview Aire Reformer Pilates Studio offers reformer Pilates classes, workshops, and related wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion without prior notice.

 

3. User Conduct You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: - Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of our services. - Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code. - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks. - Using our services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials.

 

4. Booking and Payments - Class Reservations: All class bookings must be made through our official channels. - Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. - No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

 

5. Liability Waiver By participating in our classes or using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise. Aire Reformer Pilates Studio and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in our services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
